Today there are millions of fonts available for purchase or to download for free. In Module 1, you will get to know fonts, learn a bit of their history and terminology, their psychological impact and finally where you can find fonts for your project.

MODULE 2: COLOURS
The combinations of colour you’ll choose for your brand is called the colour palette. In Module 2 you will learn how to match colours to the nature and intent of your venture and how to pick the colours for your colour palette. We’ll also share industry information about colour numbers and online tools.

MODULE 3: DESIGN
Design is where the magic truly happens. In Module 3 we walk you through the steps we take in the studio when investigating logo design and we share with you some of the tricks in our toolbox. By the end of Module 3 you’ll have a very good idea of how you want your logo to look.

MODULE 4: PRODUCTION
The final step in your logo design journey is production. In Module 4 you will learn what you need to produce a digitized logo in a variety of file formats and you’ll learn how to access the resources to get this done.

The Logo Design 101 course is ‘evergreen’ meaning your access is not time-limited. You’ll be able to revisit the lessons and resources whenever you need to.

Is there a time limit on this course?
This is a self-paced course and you will have lifetime access with no time limit. You can log in at any time and go at your own speed.
Will there be a teacher for this course?
This course is designed to allow students to progress at their own speed. All materials and instruction are included in the different modules. There will be no teacher.
Will I need expensive software to complete these course?
This course does not need any specific software. You will need access to the internet and a web browser (we recommend Chrome).
Will I have a logo when I’m finished this course?
Upon completion of this course you will have everything you need to approach a graphic designer (or a robot designer) for your final design. You can expect to save hundreds of dollars of design charges, or hours of time with an AI, because you have done the work in this course.
